"25 YEARS!!!" 25 years and going!!!
Last years show featured the "Benefit for Bobby" to support our local hometown hero Sgt. 1st Class Bobby Ehrig, a 1991 graduate of Pen Argyl High School, who was severely burned during his second tour of duty in Bahrain, Iraq. SFC Ehrig visited his hometown and friends with his son Tyler and remembers the day as one of the best days of his life (next to his family, of course) and we want to thank all you who were a part of it. This year, however, we return to our roots. This years "Cruise to the Gap" will go back to what makes our show so special, YOU. We are focusing on Antique and Classic Cars and Trucks and making the day great for the best cars in the area. The original gang of show organizers, those fellas who put it together from 1983 to 1996, including our famous 1992 show coinciding with the Wind Gap Centennial that brought in over 750 cars are coming back to put together another GREAT TIME for all! Games, contests, demonstrations and more will be part of the show, not to mention a great Goodie Bag and one of the biggest raffles ever, including a door prize giveaway of a brand new engine by AJS Engines of Bath, PA! AJS Engines master engine builder, Andy Koehler will be building an engine at the show and will handing out 10 keys to 10 lucky participants. One of those 10 key holders will go home the proud owner of a BRAND NEW ENGINE! "Cruisin' PA" PBS Special will be available at the show! DVDs will be available only on a pre-paid, advanced order for $35 at the show. Order forms will available at the show to order through PBS. For orders, click on this link and download the order form and mail to the address BEFORE APRIL 15th. 2008 Entertainment Local DJ Scott Edwards will be spinning tunes in the Main Field to your request, keeping you informed of all the days events. Trivia Contests and Dance Contests will engage the crowd and "Cruise to the Gap" show history will be on display. The pavilion will be returned to its normal eating and relaxation area for spectators and participants for your relaxed enjoyment. QUESTIONS/COMMENTS |

WEATHER UPDATE FOR 25th Anniversary Show on MAY 18th, 2009
Up to the moment, the WFMZ Accuweather hour-by-hour forecast shows sunny skies for the majority of the show!
